ATM & Payment Card support Engineer (IT) for the international bank
Responsibilities:
• Managing ATM and POS network installation and support
• Being contact and responsible person for Processing Centre
• Providing external customers support (via ATM and POS equipment)
• Participating in migration processes from “Finance & Credit” to UPC processing
• Providing support to internal customers concerning payment cards technologies
• Interacting with equipment suppliers and outsourcing companies
• Initiating and managing Migration project (documentation development and processing)
• Implementing Migration project (technical support)
• Administering MobiCard, IS-Card, UPCOnline and BRIZ systems in part of:
- technical availability
- connections availability with IS-Card and UPC
- backup procedures maintenance
- updates monitoring and control
Requirements:
• higher education (computer sciences, IT)
• at least 2 years’ experience as system analyst in payment card sphere in the banking
• minimum 1 year experience with IS-CARD, MobiCard
• good knowledge of ATM & POS technologies
• good communication skills
• team working spirit
• good command of English (written, spoken), fluent Russian and Ukrainian
